Great team - you have the ability to forge your own destiny. If you have good ideas they can become reality fairly quickly. Not a lot of layers to get stuff done. The decision making process if fast.

Cons

Best organization I have been a part of. There aren’t any glaring negatives more than you would see in any other school.
