Under staffed and lies

A few good instructors there

Cons

The school fires the good instructors, the school refuses to staff instructors so the president of the campus keeps his bonus, the school makes 1 instructor teach multiple classes at the same time, the school doesn't pay the instructors well at all.

Thank you for your feedback. We know that one of the hardest jobs is teaching students and keeping them engaged. We provide training to all our instructors that helps facilitate the learning environment. We give the student an opportunity to provide open and honest feedback that we take seriously just as we do with our employees. We have implemented an accelerated hiring plan for all our campuses so that we can maintain a healthy student teacher ratio.

Pros

The sense of purpose is the strongest I've ever had in a job. More recognition for hard workers than I've ever experienced. The company has made a huge difference in my life more than once and it continues to do so for others.

Cons

I have not experienced many downsides to working for this company.
