Great opportunity to help people change their lot in life. Some great people working here

Cons

There have been some really lazy people here but they find their way out door. It is really fast paced do you need a high energy level to succeed

Pros

I wonder how many of these people got fired from TWS? It is natural to blame someone when you feel like you have been wronged. However, slamming a company that takes good care of their people is not right. TWS has high expectations regarding their employees. They work you hard, but they pay you accordingly.

Cons

Classes start every three weeks so there is no down time whatsoever. Again we get paid to work.

Pros

The industry of welding is very complex and diverse. It is great to be involved with students that truly are ABLE to take advantage of this opportunity. There are a couple of staff members that are truly there for the right reasons and continue to be resilient for the benefit of the school.

Cons

Operated by a corporation that hides their true desire of greedy capitalism behind their mission statement. Over and over again, the corporate office chooses to keep staff members that have no integrity and utilize manipulation to bring in the student body. The high turn over rate in the middle management should be an indicator to outside employment seekers that something is not right. Heed the signs!
