Very disorganized company, they hire and fire like breathing air. Training is a joke, zero job security, management speaks down to employees, and you will be expected to dedicate your life to being there 6 days a week, sometimes for 12+ hour days.

Joking aside if you are not part of the instructional staff then TWS is less of a career and more of a stop between jobs. The company was bought out by it current owners almost 3 years ago and it has been on a steady quality down-slide ever since. The school has long since departed from it's high standards and ethics to make our students the best welders they can be, and has ushered an era of crooked business tactics to get as many students in the door, prepared or not, for maximum profit.. It's no longer "For Welders by Welders" it's now ripping of your son or daughter for our owners gain.
