Unlimited PTO for Salaried Employees Has benefits The shop employees are good people Can swear and it is acceptable???? No strict attendance policy
Cons
No employee accountability- they treat good employees and bad employees the same. The company needs to be more accepting of individuals from different backgounds. Manager was allowed to throw fits & swear. Management does not give feedback to some employees who make errors even if it violates regulations or has impact on other employees Tuohy is going in the wrong direction and they need to make changes in the office soon if they want to turn the company around.
