Pros

Turbine Labs offers a full suite of benefits (401k, Stock options, unlimited PTO, etc.) and has done a good job of bringing in talent in 2019 to help shepherd the company into the next chapter of growth. The company has some very large household name type of customers and there really isn't a true competitor out in the marketplace for what Turbine Labs does. The company has focused on improving the culture and truly making it a great place to work - which was recently recognized by one of the local publications naming Turbine one of the greatest places to work in the area.

Cons

It's a startup environment so if you are looking for a role with clearly identified swimlanes and fully baked process across the board - this probably isn't the place for you

My name is Leigh Fatzinger, founder and CEO of Turbine Labs. I appreciate the time you've taken to give feedback on your experience. As you're aware, we're continually working to improve our onboarding and training processes, which continue to evolve as the company grows. At the same time, we continue to seek adding individuals like you who are motivated, self-starters who help define what those processes will ultimately become. As always, anyone considering a role at Turbine Labs can contact me directly at Leigh(at)turbinelabs(dot)com or call me at 720-414-5523 to discuss.

Pros

- Very collaborative and inclusive environment - The whole team has a "get it done" mentality, and everyone helps each other get there. - Turbine has embraced the idea of deliberately developing company culture--and it shows. Genuinely friendly people, and it's a pleasure to be at the office.

Cons

Sometimes the office can be loud and chaotic, but it's usually fun distractions anyway.

Pros

I am a current employee at Turbine Labs and have been at the company for over 2 years. Turbine Labs has seen its ups and downs, I would never lie about that, but what start-up hasn't? This company is also always changing and improving. In recent months we have brought on some really talented leaders, such as a new COO and VP of engineering, who have completely transformed the company. This company is not the same company it was 3 months ago and I am proud to say I have been a part of that transformation. We take feedback and failure and act on it to make this place better for the employees. I am honored to say I am a part of this growing company and anyone who looks at the unknown and uncertainty as a challenge will thrive here.

Cons

None that I can think of at this time.
