Startup Idk if free internet allowance counts as a pro. But the salary is not so great. Students from colleges should not expect to learn anything.

Irascible management from IIT s and IIMs who go by that we are all-pervading since we are from IIM and expect to manage experienced people from top-notch companies such as Amazon, Freshworks, and Zoho. Go and work there. Not all people who get funding can start a startup. Such audacity to ask them and you want them to work for you? Don't even dream of it. A 4 year experienced all-rounder will not work under you who just completed a Dabba degree from IIM and mugged up to clear CAT. It doesn't work that way buddy. First go to HUL, E and Y. Get experience in consulting. Do something and then come back.
