      Challenging work, great product and potential in the market. This place will give you the opportunity to grow and learn if you are willing to put in the time and effort.

      Fast paced environment. Small company. This is an evolving company.

      Pros

      Startup Idk if free internet allowance counts as a pro. But the salary is not so great. Students from colleges should not expect to learn anything.

      Cons

      Irascible management from IIT s and IIMs who go by that we are all-pervading since we are from IIM and expect to manage experienced people from top-notch companies such as Amazon, Freshworks, and Zoho. Go and work there. Not all people who get funding can start a startup. Such audacity to ask them and you want them to work for you? Don't even dream of it. A 4 year experienced all-rounder will not work under you who just completed a Dabba degree from IIM and mugged up to clear CAT. It doesn't work that way buddy. First go to HUL, E and Y. Get experience in consulting. Do something and then come back.
