You'll see some negative reviews but ignore them....

Pros

- Great Culture - Supportive MGMT & HR - Superb Onboarding / Training process - Amazing product - Generous benefits packages - Stocked kitchens in offices

Cons

- Can be a tough sell - niche product which is unbudgeted. Whilst all companies could benefit from Turbo, it's a long discovery journey - Company in a state of flux with some redundancies ongoing - no others - Complex technology......you could be left to sink if not a quick learner / adopter

Pros

Family-oriented atmosphere Great coworkers Fully stocked pantry and kitchen with healthy snacks, beverages, energy drinks and beer! Good location in downtown White Plains right next to train and bus station Bi-weekly company lunches that bring all locations together over food and company accomplishments Flexible and fun environment with games for downtime

Cons

As a growing "startup" the software does have bugs and can cause customer issues. LOTS of pressure to perform as said startup There is a consistent concern amongst employees that the company will be acquired that hangs over the org Communication has always been sub-par

We work on communication and have added newsletters and weekly updates that promote cross-functional learning but this is a good reminder that we can do more, so thank you.
