Pros

- The staff was friendly and accommodated for my schedule during the interview.

Cons

- Interviewer had 0 interest in the interview, only tuned in when I called his name - The interview process is terrible, there's absolutely no soul or personability, I was asked to share my screen and solve leetcode questions. - The technical interview contained 0 relevant questions to the actual job posting. - The interviewer was not interested in my thought process, I could clearly see through the reflection that he was tabbed out of the meeting most of the time. - The leetcode questions were never-ending, every time I finished a test, another one would come up. - You WILL be ghosted, if you don't hear back after a couple of days, move on.

Not too complicated process to get into platform

Cons

Too crowded. Too many people joined the platform, but not enough jobs.
