Pros

A respectable and trustworthy company that has a good reputation.

Cons

The authentication need lots of time, which can cause the candidate to decrease the number of days that they can work within.

Pros

The interview, feedback, and selection process was exceptionally fast. From the initial HR call to receiving the offer letter took less than a week, and the joining date was scheduled within a few days. The hiring process was smooth and well-coordinated. The company has interesting projects, especially in AI and Machine Learning, which provide good learning opportunities for professionals interested in these technologies. Most clients are US-based, offering exposure to international projects and work culture. The work environment is flexible, and the fully remote work model is a significant advantage, helping maintain a good work-life balance. The team members and managers I interacted with were supportive and approachable during my tenure.

Cons

Like many service-based companies, project allocation depends heavily on business requirements. Since the company has only recently started offering full-time roles in India, some internal processes and policies are still evolving. Opportunities outside AI and Machine Learning are comparatively limited, so professionals looking for roles in other technology domains may have fewer options. The bench period is relatively short. Employees who are not allocated to a project quickly may face uncertainty regarding their continuation with the company, which can create unnecessary pressure.
