      -Flexible schedule. -Growth opportunity -Unlimited PTO -Payment always on time -Awesome people

      Cons

      -Male-dominated environment -HUGE salary difference between US Based employees and Non-US. When I joined they offered a salary with possibility of a raise every 3 months, and it was different when I received the offer

      Pros

      Flexible work timings, good work-life balance.

      Cons

      The company is always going through restructuring so no job security. I feel this company needs to change its upper management. They have no idea what they are doing. Even high-performing employees get laid off. The product can be improved a lot but they just don't care.
