Pros

- Great payment compared to my locality - Healthy and challenging work which helps you to grow - Good tech stack - Great team members

Cons

Not that much. The business model depends on other companies. The more other companies hire remotely, it is better for Turing. So, the current macroeconomic situation negatively impacts Turing's business. As a result, the company cannot expand much even if it wants to.
