Pros

Turing allows you to work remotely. No need to go to the office. Saves a lot of time, in my case, 2.5 hours a day. Employee-friendly environment. All the fellow employees respect your chosen working hours and will never disturb you outside those hours. Allows personal growth. I have been able to improve my technical skills and business sense with Turing.

Cons

Nothing at all! So far it has been an ideal workspace for me.

Pros

Signing up on Turing.com as a developer does not take much time. All you have to do is create a new account and take some tech stacks that are related to your skills. Fully remote job, no need to travel to the office every day and waste time. Turing offers flexible working hours and I am able to give more time to my family.

Cons

None, so far! I love my current work at Turing.

Pros

Data-driven approach Flexible working time schedule Interact with people from across the world and engineering leaders Great Salary package No budget limitations or bureaucracy

Cons

None for me really. It's essential to take initiative and be self-driven, so if you don't feel comfortable brainstorming, working on new ideas, etc., Turing might not be the best option.
