Pros

I’m from Nigeria and I’ve been working at Turing as a member of the ECS team, which is a division of the Communications team. The fact that I have a defined and forward-looking career path in Turing is one of the things I have loved the most during my six months here. I have enjoyed working with trustworthy managers and coworkers. Due to Turing's proactive approach to proactively communicating business goals inside the organization, I have always had the advantage of knowing how even one line of code contributes to the overall business goals when working with them. The lengthy travel and sporadic traffic were my problems with non-remote work; they ate up a lot of my productive time. In addition, previous employers had not paid me fairly. The inability to balance work and life was the worst of all. You should maintain your motivation, establish a schedule for brushing up on data structures and algorithms, update your resume, and overall take all the necessary steps to be admitted to Turing. When you get hired by Turing, the effort will have been well worth it. In summary here are the Pros: - Great work culture - Work-life balance - Global workforce - Flexibility in work hours

Cons

I did not find any cons yet. And this is an honest feedback. Sometimes I have had to ask questions and lead conversation to clarify tasks as opposed to being spoon-fed. I find this to be an advantage for growth.

Pros

Hi, I'm from Pakistan. For five months, I have been employed by Turing as a data scientist. One of the most admirable aspects of Turing is its belief in its employees, as being a remote-first business is not always simple. My life has drastically altered as a result of remote work since it provides me with more freedom, flexibility, and a better work-life balance. Working a regular 9 to 5 job, having rigid schedules, and having a poor work-life balance that causes stress and exhaustion are some of the difficulties. Jobs in the area have been impacted by Turing's remote mission to unleash the world's unrealized human potential. Prepare yourself for the most thrilling and adventurous adventure of your life at Turing! - Great work culture - Work-life balance - Global workforce - Flexibility in work hours
