Pros

I am a Talent Engagement Process Manager at Turing. I manage the day-to-day operations and processes of the Talent Engagement Team and setting up the support processes. What I love about working at Turing is the possibility of managing time well according to the amount of work and private obligations. I've found that the company also provides a much clearer career path and better opportunities that I would find locally. To apply for Turing jobs, prepare well, show commitment, and polish your communication skills.

Cons

There are no significant downsides.

Pros

Mainly, the multicultural environment and my love of learning about other countries, about my colleagues' cultures, their different points of view keep me enthusiastic about working for Turing. The projects at Turing are way more exciting than what you might find locally. Also, while in my country the debate is still around whether the job posts should include gender, the roles include doing more paperwork, and the career options are more restricted, at Turing the debate is around where we can innovate.

Cons

Not a good place if you are uncomfortable with fast-paced environments
