Pros

Flexibility: Turing lets you choose your own working hours. And I really enjoy the complete remote work culture which allows me to take out time for my friends and family. Great workplace: People here at Turing are always welcoming, ready to help, and very nice. Being spread across the world, the team is diverse and I like to meet new people.

Pros

I get to explore different ways to ensure everyone in the company is satisfied with the work culture. I get to meet a lot of people from different parts of the world and get to know their culture. The whole team at Turing.com is very adaptive in nature. Despite being remote, you won’t feel that you are not physically present with your peers.

Cons

None, I really enjoy building one of the best work cultures at Turing.
