Layoff number 3

Pros

Remote work, unlimited leaves and learning how to run a company.

Cons

- Treat people like resources - Layoff people regularly. 3 layoffs in 6 months. Around 50% of workforce is laid off - Management has no clue what they are doing. They also lie about job security and other things

Pros

Remote work; the CEO is a good communicator, but the rest of the leadership is super boring

Cons

Late night shifts on a daily basis; you work as a contractor and not as an employee; no clearly defined HR policies; heavily biased towards one gender; if you're a male employee, then be careful; absolute wokeness and virtue signalling; hardworking people earn less here but absolute liabilities earn more; more meetings and less work; less work, more politics behind your back; HR promises new hires increment in every 3-6 months which is obviously a marketing gimmick.
