- Flexible work - Pay on time - Easily work on any devices, on anywhere

Cons

- Not able to grow and learn in this company's project - Just need to complete task and good to go - Need to work in weekend, if you not complete you task - No one cares about you and they don't even know about you, if you work for 2-3 years - You will get into comfort zone easily here - If you don't have ambitious or goal, Join here, just work with repetitive task - They can easily terminate you, if you not complete enough task within one day - You feel lonely and depressed, if you don't have family or friends. - You don't know anyone from this company as it fully remote job
