Pros

Smart and Good team members.

Cons

During onboarding they'd promise you an engagement for 2-3 years and then off board you without notice within 2-3 months.

Pros

None at all, it's a sinking ship with all the rats fighting about who needs to be pushed off first

Cons

Too many directors in every department, all looking to push blame below for their stupidity. 3 rounds of layoffs 60% of the company. Constant pressure but no one actually does anything.

Pros

Nothing is good here besides the people who are stuck in the organisation.

Cons

Lay offs: They laid around 50% of the strength in matter of a click. We have been receiving mails so and so money and your contract is over. No training: They will not work on employee's development at all. It's just work there, more and more manual work in an AI driven startup. Roles: They didn't give us the roles as promised. We were made to do cold calling.
