Pros

- The management and leadership at Turing are my favourite things about it. Everything is well-structured, so it's pretty smooth and autonomous. You wouldn't find yourself exhausted or burnt out working here. -You'll find passionate people to work with who'll have such diverse backgrounds. - Depending on where you live, your salary might be well above the market average. Salaries are always on time. - Flexible timing. You make your own work hours. They just have to be U.S. work hours.

Cons

- No bonuses. Although it doesn't impact my motivation to work, it would've been nice to have them. - No corporate ladder to climb.

Question mark in recruiting

Pros

Possibility to work flexible from home and have extra earning.

Cons

Slow and unclear follow up during recruiting. Although you passed the assessment and got selected, still the same advertisement appear over and over again. Don't give to much hope about it.
