We make sure that be it developers or organizations, everyone who visits our website has a good experience. Turing has amazing employee-centric policies. Turing allows every employee to take ownership of their work. We are never micromanaged. Team Turing is extremely supportive and friendly. With the permanent work from anywhere policy, I get to spend time with my loved ones all the time. India in general is a hot country with a high population density. Commuting for work means spending time and energy. In India, even the working hours are stated as 8 hours but are often 9-10 hours of shifts. With Turing, you know that you will be working exactly 8 hours and enjoying a healthy work-life balance. Turing is an amazing place to work.
