Pros

I have been working with Turing for the past year now in the capacity of Deep Learning/MLOPs Engineer. What I like the most about my job is the flexibility to work from any location in the world and being able to work while traveling. Also, I avoid the daily commute to work, being physically present to perform my everyday duties without neglecting any task. I’d highly recommend Turing if you want to get a good life-work balance.

Cons

Lacks day-off and other benefits such as health insurance which would make Turing an ideal place to work.
