      Overall bad upper management and organization. Unexperienced leadership and employees. Unreal expectations and product

      Pros

      unlimited PTO and good compensation, although promotions and raises were arbitrarily given.

      Cons

      Bad management, with lots of unexperienced employees. Massive layoffs happening with a separation of 2 months, in between a round of hiring, no stability. Internal misstreatment by some upper leadership, management and teams. Constant lack of communication.
