Pros

1) No more wasting time commuting to a 9 to 5 job. I get to choose my own working hours. Moreover, I can work from anywhere, literally! 2) I get to work with a diverse group of people from all over the world. The team is really understanding, hard-working, respectful of your work schedule, and skilled.

Turing has a diverse team. I get to learn a lot from various people with innovative minds. Turing has an open work culture. I can approach anyone with constructive suggestions without hesitation. I really enjoy the flexible work environment. I can choose my own working hours and work from anywhere. It allows me to enhance my productivity
