Pros

- The developer success team really look after you. - Salaries are good - International transactions are fast. - Not too much pressure like other remote companies - Work from anywhere and flexible hours. You can complete 40 hours in 7 days anytime.

Cons

- No paid leaves - No specific protocol for appraisals - A little tough time tracking system which makes difficult to complete 40 hours/week.

Pros

Flexible, easy, and remote. It is best for third-world countries.

Cons

Time tracking software, i.e., tracking screenshots, mouse and keyboard strokes. Mostly you will be working as an LLM analyst. No promotions (fixed contract.)
