      It can take long time for getting job , and also not offered long term contract jobs, maximum it is small contracts roles

      Flexible timings, latest tech stack, friendly environment, good compensation

      Cons

      No smooth work, sometimes you don’t have anything to do, they hired unrealistic number of people as a result they had to layoff in 2 batches but they paid each laid off employee with 2 additional salaries.
