Pros

Work from home is the only pro

Cons

My advice to freshers is don't join. They hire you for different profile but when you join they change titles and work. My request is to reach out to people your college seniors they will tell you truth. Don't listen to their recruiters. Go to linkedin and see how many offers they revoked.
