5yThere are 2 ways for Warehouse Associates to earn raises and promotions at Turn 14 Distribution. All Warehouse Associates received a dollar an hour increase on Jan 4, 2021. Warehouse Department increases are scheduled for January of each year. That's the first way to earn a raise. The second way is to earn a promotion. Employees are eligible for promotion on their Anniversary dates. At Turn 14 Distribution, it is possible for an ambitious Warehouse Associate to earn 2 increases in one year!
