      Make sure to suck up to management

      Pros

      Start up. Lots of imaginary potential. Your work doesn't matter as long as you make sure management thinks they are doing a good job.

      Cons

      Managers and the HR person have zero clue what they are doing on the early shifts. If you join the morning shift just know you will be micro managed into oblivion.

      Pros

      Nice people who love sports as much as me. Attractive supervisers. Its ridiculous, they hsve Star Of The Day for worker who did best. I told them i ALWAYS do my best as should all of us. Its like 3rd grade.

      Cons

      Well they favoritism towards whoever they like that week. Always. Last year one superviser told me "everyone complains you smell" which really hurt my feelings and pissed me off. No other worker i asked complained. It was just the supervisers deciding to make fun of me. Its like highschool. I came from mgmt at my former job, im experienced and good at what i do. They will not give me a chance because i can do job better then them
