Great Co-workers and Leadership

Pros

It's a fun place to work at and the company has grown very quickly while maintaining the culture. The web development department has lots of great and intelligent people. Leadership is excellent and receptive to feedback.

Cons

We are somewhat behind in terms of using the latest technologies, but the applications we have work well and are robust. There are constant learning opportunities and improvements are made as a team.

DO NOT WORK 2nd Shift!! Supervisor is horrible

They expect you to learn the equipment which then you can use as experience at another warehouse

Cons

The current supervisor for 2nd shift is a terrible person to work with. He overworks the employees just to look good for management, rudely confronts you if you make a mistake, talks badly about new/current employees with certain employees, half the time he sits in his office on his computer or phone. This supervisor creates an uncomfortable and intimidating work environment like, counting how many times you use the restroom and timing it.

Management. Something is very wrong when you let go of an employees every week. Either the problem is with human resources, or management has some issues.
