Whoa where would I even begin! You can work your butt off forever and they don’t give two tic-tac’s! God forbid you have a doctors appointment- save your PTO, she will make sure to take all of your saved time even if it’s a emergency. You have to be there at 7:30am and they take attendance. Don’t be late or in your next review! No bonus! They will look for any small reason not to give you any kind of bump… an I mean anything. Forget trying to leave for lunch! You get a UNPAID 30 minutes,so really your day is 8 and a half hours. This review is not to take a dig, it’s to save a good person from a bad environment! Now that’s not saying other department are bad…But video is the most micromanaged and run extremely backwards! also I hope you like pulling and counting there inventory! Video managers do very shady things and the high ups have no idea about what really goes on. And if they do shame on them! The owners are nice that’s about all there is to say about that,if you ever see them… Also don’t be teased by the “bowling alley” you won’t be using it! And if you do! God help you! There is no such thing as merit increases and bonuses are a joke! The video manager does everything in her power to not give you anything you deserve, she will come up with any BS excuses why you didn’t hit your numbers it’s pathetic and manipulative to say the least! Even if you crush it! You are timed on everything including attendance and watched on cameras throughout the day to see what you are doing. Any place that needs management counseling for there own staff should be a red flag! I could go on for days! I’m trying to save your soul! So hey if you really need a paycheck go for it but you will be treaded better at Chipotle
