Pros

Amazing leadership from Steve and Andrew. I reported directly to Andrew and was able to do some awesome projects with his support and guidance. Amazing culture, Brian Lois is the man and is always there to help with any HR issues you may have. I would give 4.5 stars if it was allowed

Cons

no room for growth unless someone in your department leave. Core group of managers in the marketing department have a lot of control and say in things and I felt like they didn't treat everyone the same.

Great people, lousy pay

Pros

Everyone is friendly and fun. The atmosphere is great! Very young company and very family oriented (owners are brothers). Dress code is casual (jeans and tshirts) and they really like to show how they appreciate their employees. Also they give back to the community each year by donating to charity through their car show (awesome!)

Cons

Pay is on the low end and depending on department there isn't much wiggle room

Great Ever Expanding Company

Pros

Great work life balance. Flexibility with scheduling. Decent benefits with employee matching 401k. Close to the city. Cool company events. The company the ability to keep on growing for years to come. Super laid back company with a laid back dress code.

Cons

Internal structure could be better. There is a lack of communication between departments. No one is ever on the same page, but they are trying to work through this. Little to no room for career advancement since they are a very flat company in terms of hierarchy. Some people take the laid back dress code way to far.
