      great job! super stable income and very consistent schedule, pretty good environment to work in as well

      Cons

      not a lot of opportunity to move up, ive been there for just under a year and have expressed intrest in a leadership role and havent been given even a shred of insight as to what to do to get into such role. An associate who had been there for a shoter period of time than me at the time got a promotion over me as well. would like to re-itterate its not a terrible job by any means but be prepared to be in the same position for well over a year

      Pros

      Pros: Fast-paced environment on a growing business. Decisions are made quickly and employee voices are heard. You'll learn a lot very quickly / you will NOT work in silos. Everyone knows what everyone else does, to a higher extent than most larger corporations. Team culture is strong - everyone wants each other and the company to succeed. VERY cool home office with fun perks (barista, bowling alley, photo/video studio). Competitive corporate compensation. Remote work flexibility is a huge plus. Owners are great - started the business from the ground up, very connected and involved in the business. They give clear direction and support every team.

      Cons

      There will be busy seasons like with any job. Fast paced nature of a smaller business can mean tight deadlines and competing priorities.
