      Pros

      - Roles are career driven with defined progression paths towards continued success - Company where you can truly 'own your experience' - Great leadership and transparency from management; constructive feedback provided - Responsibilities and job performance expectations are clear and realistic - Engagement and co-worker relationship building is promoted - I am provided the tools and resources I need to do my job - Workload is fair and manageable and I am given new challenges and opportunities - Company regularly sends out surveys to ask for employee feedback - my voice is heard!

      Cons

      While there is always room for growth and as Turn5 evolves, they are working to perfect old systems, refresh current processes and introduce new programs.

      Pros

      Honestly not much, unless you want to consider the bowling alley a pro.. but if you’re not one of the chosen few favorites using it you get judgemental looks.

      Cons

      The less work you do, the more reward you get apparently. No clear direction on what anyone wants done, no one takes responsibility for their own mistakes. Have a hard time paying their vendors, so always on hold preventing orders to get released.
