      It’s a full time job

      Cons

      Morale is low due to extremely high turnovers lay offs and quitters... they took away advancements bonuses and raises. So what you work for hourly is what you get. No room for advancement. Request you to work most holidays.

      Pros

      - Size and structure of company allows people at all levels to have an impact - Office doesn’t feel “corporate”. Flexible working areas, outdoor space, coffee bar and bowling alley all make it an enjoyable place to spend 8 hours a day - Management seeks and addresses employee feedback quarterly - Company invests in its people through team outings/events, conferences, trainings, etc. - If you work hard and are good at what you do, there’s opportunity to be seen and move up

      - Lack of work from home policy - Family health benefits and maternity/paternity leave packages could be better
