Through regular reviews and an open dialogue about performance, we do our best to encourage people to set growth goals within the company and to inform them where they need to improve. I don’t know the details of your situation, but if you get in touch with our HR team, we’d be happy to identify any shortcomings that might have transpired so we can avoid this with employees in the future.
