      Great Environment but Champions of Micro Management

      Pros

      Environment - Casual attire in call center, All the free coffee u can drink, Fabulous co-workers, Nice clean work environment, they do "try" and build morale. Very good benefits

      Cons

      Micromanagement at its finest. If you like being required to write information down that is readily available in the computer system, and having it checked hourly like your homework, you love this place. Too many chiefs and not enough Indians. Company like to change long standing policies towards customers without telling the customer. You will be frequently asked to stay over (OT) or be asked to "voluntarily" go early (and not get paid)

      Pros

      - Size and structure of company allows people at all levels to have an impact - Office doesn’t feel “corporate”. Flexible working areas, outdoor space, coffee bar and bowling alley all make it an enjoyable place to spend 8 hours a day - Management seeks and addresses employee feedback quarterly - Company invests in its people through team outings/events, conferences, trainings, etc. - If you work hard and are good at what you do, there’s opportunity to be seen and move up

      - Lack of work from home policy - Family health benefits and maternity/paternity leave packages could be better

      The policies can change quickly with a lack of communication on how to handle certain situations. Reps are also scored on specific metrics that do not always reflect a fair judgment on the quality of work being done.
