      Great world class construction company that has plenty of resources for development.

      Cons

      Lower level employee compensation is at or below industry average from what i can tell. According to senior management, higher level employees compensation is well above industry average. Company has trend of losing employees at the 5-8 year mark as employees find more competitive pay.
