      Turner values learning and the continuous improvement of their employees. Thus, as a new graduate, you have a lot of opportunities to learn.

      Cons

      I believe that the number of training sessions is excessive, and it may reduce overall productivity. Monthly training sessions can interrupt the workflow and cause delays.
