      Pros

      Turner is a stable passionate well reputation and good place to work in main advantage is your exposure to all documentation and transparency in assessment

      Cons

      Turner compensation is nit that much but i believe this is mainly due to current economy status in Egypt in the mean time however, if compared to other CM/PM firm working on Egypt i believe it is the best.

      Pros

      Worked on some great projects and got to see a lot of different things.

      Cons

      Sometimes you get caught in working on the same types of projects because you get in a trap where you become too good at what you do and so tend to stay in there
