      Has multiple offices across the country Does a variety of construction projects Large company with global recognition

      Does not train employees well, especially new employees Did not explain the amount of travel required during the interview process Expects more than 40 hour work weeks, with no additional compensation Little to no employee input on next project they are assigned Huge disconnect between "Baby Boomer" generation and younger work force Does not offer bonuses or raises to many levels of work force Annual review process is very poor
