Pros

As a clinician, you will gain valuable experience in working with dual diagnosis patients. The pay is really good for the area we are living in. And the benefits are quite astounding.

Cons

There could be more healthcare insurance options offered apart from just one insurance company as part of benefits.

Great coworkers, family environment, benefits are awesome, easy to acquire PTO, fair workload, self schedule, competence pay, equal opportunity, lots of room for advancement

Cons

Very little. Could use more incentives for staff that already employed, employee appreciation, bonuses.
