Thank you for taking the time to complete a review. I’m glad to hear you enjoyed the employee discount and the coworkers we are so proud to have working with us. As it relates to our staffing numbers, it’s important to us that our staff represent our values (Respect, Integrity, Passion, Excellence, and Accountability) at all times. We will sacrifice quantity for quality when it comes to hiring. Hiring the best people is what makes our team so great to work with and we won’t sacrifice there. At times, we may be a little short staffed, but most of 2022 has seen our team grow. We will always strive to provide our 3 stores with the staffing they need to be successful.
Since the beginning of 2022, we have focused specifically on creating the best leadership team. We expect our leadership team to lead with respect, integrity, passion, excellence, and accountability. Our values are our leadership guide. If any of our leaders don’t possess those values, we want to know about it. I am always available to discuss any past or current concerns our team struggles with.
