Pros

Right off the bat I was impressed with Turo during my interview process. The Android team was able to show me code snippets of what the codebase looks like. Something no other company has ever done. The remote hiring and onboarding process went super smooth. I really love the culture and the team I work with.

Cons

I wish we had a dedicated QA team. Sometimes handling a full release on your own can be a bit daunting. Also wish the company was more open to working partly remotely for those who have a longer commute.
