Pros

Loved working here. Great benefits, work culture and colleagues. A lot of autonomy and motivation to explore.

Cons

Few opportunities to grow. You’ll try for a promotion and salary bump, only to receive a 1.5% pay increase.

Pros

Great mentorship and support from other engineers when stuck. If you want to become a better iOS engineer, this place could be good

Cons

- Big part of work was converting objective c files to swift and after a while, it gets extremely boring. All the cool projects are worked on by staff engineers while mid level are left migrating legacy codebase - I tried being friends with other fellow engineers on team but they lacked social skills and it just wasn't a vibe - The manager wasn't supportive: I wanted to change my career from software to product but he refused to help me transition and he never appreciated the work I did
