Pros

Turo is stable and growing, provides many growth opportunities, and semiannual performance reviews allows frequent promotions. Culture is healthy, no toxicity, everyone is supportive, collaborative, and smart. Respects work life balance. Lots of company events, Turbo Week (semiannual company conference), they fly everybody out to San Francisco or Phoenix for a week. Executives and management are very approachable and transparent. CEO is humble and kind. They consider employees their most important asset and I truly feel that all decisions, especially notable through the pandemic, are carefully made and with the people in mind.

Cons

Not for people who need a lot of guidance

Pros

Cool people. Fun & relaxed culture.

Cons

There were many problems in our department during my time there, but management finally began to resolve most of these issues by the time I left the company. They've likely continued to improve things since then.
