Pros

What the company used to stand for, the benefits they took away......the company used to have pros, but now the only pro is leaving for a new job

Cons

If you love working in a toxic environment, that is riddled with discrimination and racism this is the place for you. At the helm of this little Einsteins rocket ship, that they believe is the next space x revolutionary rocket is a CEO who is so disillusioned that he pulls all benefits, states no raises, and says to be grateful you have a job and shout how great the company is. The culture is bad, leadership is bad and disconnected from how employees feel, executive leadership who were around since the beginning are leaving for different opportunities. Most tenured employees are fleeing in masses, and those who are still there are looking for their exist. This alone should show how good the CEOs 3 year plan is

Pros

There are no pros besides having a job currently.

Cons

Nest and hardest working employees have been neglected and now have trauma and extreme anxiety from such a toxic place of work. If we could actually afford to have childcare maybe coming to the office wouldn't be that big a of deal but we can't even get a raise. Benefits are being stripped and wagered. No salary increases. Managers and supervisors have no clue whats going on and leave you even more clueless. Micromanagers and changes have made so many employees mentally ill and burned out. Leaves were at a all time high I am pretty sure with it being 14 people put in LOAs and a time. What's that say about your company? Most people used all their sick time because they were actually sick of the toxic work environment that once was a dream place to work. Too many supervisors trying to all be the "big kid" on the play ground and pulling people in 5 different directions. They do not care about us as employees anymore. Definitely more corporate. If we died tomorrow, they wouldn't care. They would already have our position filled. Oh wait, there is constant on and off hiring freeze because the company is drowning. Open door policy is not really an open door. Favoritism is 100% a thing. Good workers are overseen. Have seen people turned down bonus' that were well deserved and were told "they have to give everyone a chance to bonus". No matter the amount of time, work, or dedication you bring to the table it doesn't matter. Ceo tells people to leave. Definitely can see that the big picture of his definition a Turo "brand" is just money hungry greed for himself and the other board members. Speaking of the brand, employees are constantly pushed to show the Turo brand of Bold, Driven, Expressive, and Grounded. This only applies to the small people. Supervisors and above do not have to apply the same policy. Constantly told that our pay is matched to our role. But they align it with insurance adjusters which is wild since we are not insurance. If we were there would be bad faiths all day...
