      Pros

      Highly collaborative healthy environment. Everyone respects one another's mission and work. The potential for the company is incredible ...both demand and supply in the marketplace are growing rapidly with no sign of decay ...very exciting. And a great company band that rocks!

      Cons

      The growth of the marketplace means we have a lot to do ...there's no moss growing under anyone's feet ...nevertheless work/ life balance is a clear company priority so it works ...the team is very intelligent and leadership prioritizes well so it's getting done right.
