Pros

None none none none none

Cons

They want impossible metrics to be accomplished. Call after call and you have only 7 minutes to close a case and if you dont you will have to do it after your shift without getting paid if there isnt overtime payment that day. 48 hours and no overtime pay

Onboarding

Pros

Onboarding was great, even as a fully remote employee! I didn't feel we got treated any differently from in-house employees. You really get to meet a lot of great people and have a better understanding of company structure and culture. They also don't bore you with excessive information. Just the right length!

Cons

Timezones can be an issue since the onboarding is based in SF. I guess that when the onboarding cohorts get bigger, they will be able to better cater the experience.
